We only use galvanized steel shafts that are equipped with maintenance-free ball bearings. Our front-mounted roller shutters use solid roller shutter boxes with reinforced box side panels. The innovative box system consists of roll-formed and powder-coated aluminum and has reinforced sheet steel connections between the components. When manufacturing our roller shutters, we use screws and rivets made of stainless steel, which guarantee a long service life. We only use CFC-free polyurethane foam in our products.
